Rainbow International Franchise Scoops Another Award

Jennie Mills, franchise business owner of Rainbow International Derby West, has been awarded the accolade of Franchise of the Month for January 2021. Jennie has been a Rainbow franchisee for 6 years, and in that time has won multiple awards – in recent years these have been the prestigious Franchise of the Year award at the annual Rainbow conference, and also the bfa Young Female Franchisee of the Year!

The franchise of the month award goes to the top performing franchisee in the Rainbow International Business who has not only achieved or exceeded the company KPI’s but has also excelled at customer service, compliance of their business and their staff. I am sure you will agree out of a network of 57 franchisees, this is a great achievement.

Jennie leads an experienced team that all thrive on their first-class customer service. Molly, Jess and Charlotte head up the administrative side of the business, Jonathan, Senior Technician, manages the on-site teams making sure everyone is where they need to be as well as specialising in Leak Detection and Advanced drying methods. Adam, second BDMA technician, specialises in Notifiable Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal as well as property drying. Claire and Trish are experts when it comes to all types of cleaning as well as being exceptionally good at providing that extra level of support for the vulnerable or customers who may find the whole situation a little overwhelming. The whole team really do specialise in delivering that complete end to end service, to ensure their customers have their properties and lives restored in the quickest time – with the minimal disruption to them – following the company motto of We Restore You Recover.
